All bookings made through ABT Ltd T/A Lovelytrip (www.lovelytrip.co.uk) are subject to these Terms & Conditions. A binding contract comes into existence when we issue a confirmation invoice. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all party members.
All flight-inclusive packages sold by ABT Ltd T/A Lovelytrip are financially protected under the ATOL scheme (ATOL License #12804). When you pay, you will be issued an ATOL Certificate outlining your financial protection and rights under CAA regulations.
All prices quoted are in GBP (£) and subject to availability. You can secure selected holiday deals with a low deposit starting from just £39 per person. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 weeks prior to departure unless specified otherwise.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify ABT Ltd T/A Lovelytrip in writing or by calling our customer helpline at 0203 977 7747. Cancellation charges vary based on airline ticket rules and hotel supplier policies.
